We want to create more change and continue to raise the numbers of female participants in long distance races…and Lisbon full and half marathons are our next targets!
It doesn’t matter what level your running ability is, whether you’re new to long distance, or have a few marathons under your belt, everyone’s invited. Our aim, as with every project, is to encourage more ladies to get involved, to feel empowered through movement and to aim higher – together.

Both the half and full routes are point to point races and finish up in the centre of Lisbon and fall on October 14th 2018. Find more about the events as well as signing up on the race website here. RUN NAMASTE EAT TRAINING PLANS
