OPEN LONDON RUN SCHEDULE

Every week we have two London runs that are open for all to join, each led by our team of pacers. Friday mornings we kick start the weekend with a gentle 4.5 miles from Origin Coffee in Southwark and on Saturdays we take it long, running 10 miles and up, changing the route each week.

You don’t have to have ran with us before, everyone is welcome. Find out more about locations and timings on our calendar below, and if you’re apprehensive about distance or speed, don’t be afraid to send us an email.
